This list shares the key supplements I took to support my fertility and conceive naturally at 41.

With so much negativity around TTC over 40, I want to offer hope and insight into the nutrients that helped me on my journey.

While every body is different, these supplements are known to support egg quality, hormone balance, and overall reproductive health.

I carefully researched, worked with my health care providers, and selected each supplement to optimize my chances.

I focused on antioxidants, essential vitamins, and natural compounds that promote conception.

CoQ10 (Ubiquinol) – Boosts egg quality & mitochondrial function

PQQ (Pyrroloquinoline Quinone) – Works with CoQ10 to enhance mitochondrial function

Acai Berry – Antioxidant-rich for egg protection

Prenatal Vitamin – Essential nutrients for conception & pregnancy (with Methylfolate NOT Folic Acid

Omega-3 (DHA & EPA) – Reduces inflammation & supports hormone balance

Myo-Inositol – Improves egg quality, especially for PCOS/insulin resistance

Vitamin D3 + K2 – Supports hormone balance & implantation

Magnesium Glycinate – Reduces stress & supports progesterone production

NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine) – Antioxidant that supports egg quality & reduces inflammation

Melatonin (Low Dose, 2-3mg if advised by doctor) – May improve egg & embryo quality
